We are also starting to develop a heavy weight product.
(The release will be delayed for a while, so please wait patiently.)
For two days at the beginning of the year, I was indebted to Mr. Toromaru from Shima City, Mie Prefecture. The aim is jigging for albacore tuna. It's called "tonjigi".
Mr. Toromaru is a pioneer of Tonjigi who will not be pushed or pushed. Nowadays, the number of boats that use jigging for tuna is increasing all over the country, but I think Toromaru was the first to specialize in jigging. (Actually, I'm also an old acquaintance of someone from YsGeec. Thank you very much.)
In addition, Toromaru will be selling the Vajra120 onboard. If you're in the area, please check it out! (Cannot be used during Tonjigi season)
Actually, I had been making 200g and 300g class prototypes for a while, but when I asked the captain, ``400g is the standard for Tonjigi.''...I suddenly made a 460g one and entered the competition.
We met at 5:30 and arrived at the point in less than an hour. The capacity is 8 people, all of whom do dōTERRA jigging from the starboard side.
It's not the first time, but it's a sunrise during the New Year. The sea was quite rough.
Is the water depth more than 300 to 600m? Without taking the bottom, I drop the jig so that it goes close to where the captain indicates, taking into account the amount of dandruff on the line. The reaction varied from 70 to 200m at that time, and the line was up to about 250m. The winding method is one pitch. It feels good to be slow even if you don't have to wrap it around as hard as you can.
It keeps drifting away, so the jig won't reach the shelf unless you drop it at most twice and then recover it to the water's surface. Quite hard work. . .
So, I caught it. 10km class on the first day!
Tester Jr. also got it! That's great!
Actually, Jr. took away the high-grade hand-wound tackle lol, so I used electric jigging lol
Get it on the second day too! Double hit with YK who accompanied us!
Unfortunately, YK's jig was not my jig.
Actually, this tuna,
I've been fishing with a bit of a trick. I can't show it to you yet, but the hint is YsGeec's arrangement of that trick that's becoming popular in the Shima area. (If you really want to know, please contact Mr. Toromaru lol)
By the way, the bait was "Megalopa". These are larval plankton such as crabs. So I wonder why they keep eating jigs. That's why this prank worked, only Tuna knows the truth.
As a result, on the first day there were 9 boats on board. On the 2nd, there were 5 videos. I was able to catch a lot of fish on the Proto 460 both days, but I still found the balance to be poor and I had some issues. It looks like the release date will be some time away.
Well, after fishing, of course!
I eat deliciously.
however!
Albacore tuna is a rare treat, so be careful when eating it raw. Tuna loses its flavor when frozen, so it's a good idea to check it under a black light. (At your own risk, of course!)
By the way, there were no Aniki in the two fish that were given to other places and the two fish that my companion caught. It's just luck, but YsGeec has been unusually attracted to insects such as Anisakis for some reason. . .
This is Toromaru's New Year's limited service, Hokuto Shinken 2000 Years (Lie) Secret Secret Art Shell! Atatatatata! (It's not like I was hit by a bug.)
This is so flavorful and delicious! Hiougigai, actually written as Hiougigai.
see you!
